I forgot my password, what should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, click on login on the top right corner of the website. Below the login fields, you will find a  “Forgot your password?” button.  Click on this and enter your registered email address. Within a few minutes a new password will be sent to you per email. If you have forgotten the email address that you have registered for GFA, please contact us per email at info@globalfertilityacademy.org or per telephone under the number +49 51 62 98 15 915.

I can’t log onto the website with my access data.
Because the login is case sensitive please double check for capital and lowercase letters when logging on. If you still cannot log on, please contact us per email at info@globalfertilityacademy.org or per telephone under the number +49 51 62 98 15 915.

Why can’t I view the chapters available for my module?
Click on “Choose a module” on the top navigation, a list of the modules will appear. Next to each module a “Pay now” button will appear, except by the module that you have access to. When you click on a module that you have access to, a new navigation will appear on the left hand side. To view the chapters available click on “Chapter index”.  Now you should be able to access all chapters in your chosen module.

I clicked on a chapter from my module, but the chapter will not load. Why doesn’t this work?
This could be due the Firefox and Java version installed on your computer. Firefox 3.6 and a Java version lower than 1.6 update 15 are not compatible at this time. To view your module you can either download a new version of java here www.java.com or use Internet Explorer.

How can I download my GFA- Certificate?
Once you have completed all the module’s tests with at least 75%, you should be directed to page where a “Download GFA certificate” button is shown.  If you do not see this page, click on “Choose a module”, then click on the module you have completed. You should now see a “Download GFA Certificate” button.

When will I receive my CME certification?
All modules have submitted for CME accreditation from the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME). CME credits are still pending.  You cannot download a CME Certificate at this time, but you may download a GFA Certificate for proof of completion. We will contact you and provide you with the CME certificate once the accreditation process is finalized.
The module "ART for Advanced Training" from Professor Patrizio has been CME-accredited by the European Accredetation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) with 11 CME points. You can download the CME certificate if you have passed the module with CME.

How long do I have to take each test?
Once you begin a test, you have 1 minute to complete each question. If you fail to answer the question within the time frame, the answer will be counted as incorrect.

How many chances do I have to take the test?
You have three chances to pass the test. On your third try you must pass the test.

What should I do, if I fail the test three times?
If you fail the test three times, you will not be allowed to try again. If you would like to attempt the module again, you must re-register and pay for the module.
