There will be one week of practice session (total 40 hours). The participant will observe the procedures implemented by the Centers’ personnel with a tutor that will follow him/her for the entire week. After completion of the practice session students will be given a certificate of attendance without CME accreditation.
Six practice sessions are planned on the following topics

IVF basic ART related to the following modules:
- Female infertility diagnosis and management
- ART for basic training

IVF advanced ART related to the following modules:
- ART for advanced training
- Fertility preservation strategies and Ethical Dilemmas in ART
- Male infertility related to the module on Male infertility Diagnosis and treatment
- Embryology related to the module on Embryology and IVF laboratory
- Organization and patients’ management related to the module on Business Management, Technologies and IT
- Research in Infertility related to the module Research in Infertility

Criteria to participate in practice sessions:
General criteria:
- 1 year of experience in the field where the practice is focused
- To pass the correspondent e-learning module test (MANDATORY)
Specific criteria:
- IVF basic & advanced ART: Ob/Gyn Specialists and Embryologists with experience in ART;
- Male infertility: Physicians specialized in Ob/Gyn, endocrinology, andrology and urology;
- Embryology: Bachelor in Science, Biology or Pharmacy and Ob/Gyn Specialists;
- Organization and patients’ management: People working in IVF centers (no restrictions).
After you have successfully passed the test we will provide you with all the information you require to apply for the practice session corresponding to your module.
All available dates and locations are listed on the practice session page of the respective module and will be available once you have registered to the module.
Cancellation of a practice session
In case of cancellation of a practice session by a registered participant before the scheduled start of the session, the following cancellation policy will be applied:
- 30 days or more before the scheduled start of the practice session: 50% (fifty percent) of the total amount of the tuition fee will be reimbursed.
- From 30 to 15 days: 25% (twenty-five percent) of the total amount of the tuition fee will be reimbursed.
- Less than 15 days: no reimbursement will be provided.
