The modules are divided into several chapters. Two or three chapters are combined to an educational unit (block) which has to be completed by passing a test.
Test procedure:
- Each test includes 10 questions per chapter (i.e. 20 or 30 questions per test).
- Every question has to be answered within a time limit of one minute.
- The questions presented in the test will be chosen at random from a question pool.
- To get a CME certification every test within a module has to be passed with 75% correct answers.
- Every test can be attempted three times with an intermission of 24 hours between the trials.
- Incorrect answered questions will be shown at the end of the test without disclosing the correct answer. However, the slide numbers containing the necessary information will be indicated.
- Each block will have a “passed” or “failed” status depending if the student has answered correctly to at least 75% of the questions.
