Module description

This module analyzes the principles of human infertility, from the definition to in depth study of the different causes of female infertility. It also discusses the different approaches to the treatment of recurring of infertility excluding ART.

  • The role of age on female infertility
  • Concept, diagnosis and management of polycystic ovarian syndrome
  • Diagnosis and management of the patient with endometriosis
  • The role of uterine fibroids in female infertility

  • Modern management of ectopic pregnancy
  • Management of recurrent pregnancy loss
  • Image techniques in female infertility
  • The role of endoscopy in female infertility

Target audience:
It is oriented for the general gynecologist, mainly residents and those who would like to update their knowledge in the field of female infertility.
