was born in Valencia 1958. She obtained her M.D. and Ph.D. from the School of Medicine of the University of Valencia and a Master in Human Assisted Reproduction from the same University. Dr Ruiz started at the Ruiz Laboratory of Clinical Analysis in 1982 and joined the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology her professional activity in the Human Reproduction area, at the University Hospital in Valencia, setting up its IVF laboratory in 1984. She has been IVF laboratory Director at IVI Valencia from its foundation in 1990 to 2000. Since then, Dr Ruiz has had several management and executive positions both at IVI VALENCIA and EQUIPO IVI. Specially involved from the beginning in the development of the Clinical Chart Software and Marketing on-line, as well as other management improvements (such as incentive systems, corporate image, web site, etc), Dr Ruiz is currently holding the position of Clinical Manager of IVI VALENCIA, and is also member of Equipo IVI's Executive Board. Dr Ruiz has received the American Fertility Society award prize paper in 1995 and the First Award prize paper of Sociedad Espanola de Fertilidad (S.E.F.) XXI National Congress. She has published more that 50 papers in national and international publications and she has more than 100 contributions to national and international congresses.
was born in Valencia 1976. She obtained a degree in Pharmacy from the University of Valencia and graduated in Health Service from the Valencian School of Studies of Health. She has specialized in Quality Management Systems, participated in different courses organized by the Spanish Association of Normalization and Certification (AENOR). Afterwards she started working in the University hospital center of Montpellier (France), in the Hospital Pharmacy. Then she moved to the food industry, where she was creating Quality Control Plans. A year later, she joined the department of the Pharmacy and Medical Devices management of the Council of Health of the Valencian Community. She worked in the quality systems inspection of the pharmaceutical industry and cosmetics. Finally, in 2005, she started working in the Quality Management department at IVI. Presently she works in the development and quality systems management, where the certification ISO 9001 was obtained in 2007. Currently, her work is divided between the quality department in IVI, and that of regulatory affairs in Biomedical Supply. She is directly supervising the medical devices distribution and importation, as well as supervising the vigilance system.
Mr. Ignacio Bermejo was born in Madrid in 1970. He obtained his degree from the Business School at the Autonoma University of Madrid and a MBA in TV Companies Management at the IEEA in Madrid. Mr. Bermejo began working at the chemical company Procter & Gamble in their Finance Area in 1992 and then joined Telefonica in 1995 with different responsibilities at Antena 3 Television, Onda Cero Radio and finally setting up the Purchase Department at Telefonica Media for the whole Media Group of Companies. Since 2004 Mr. Bermejo has been the Purchase Manager at EQUIPO IVI for the whole Group of IVI clinics. During this period he has been in charge of the acquisitions of the full medical equipment and devices in 7 different countries from different continents.
He was born in Valencia 1978. Obtained his Industrial Engineering degree from Polytechnic University of Valencia in 2000 and fulfilled his final year project at Wales University. He has a master degree in American production and inventory control society (APICS). From 2001 to 2006 he worked for Arthur Andersen (later Deloitte) as a business consultant, collaborating mainly in projects regarding operations and strategy. Since March 2006 he has been in charge of strategic planning and management control of IVI.
was born in Valencia 1972. He obtained his Bachelor Degree in Economics from the University of Economics of Valencia and a Master in Business Administration (Specialty Finances) from ESADE Business School in Barcelona. Mr. de la Llave started at Caja De Ahorros de Valencia, Alicante y Castellon (Bancaja), in 1997. In 1998 he joined Arthur Andersen (later Deloitte) as a consultant and auditor working with several of the most important companies settled in the Comunidad Valenciana. He joined the IVI Group in 2003 beginning as Management Controller at EQUIPO IVI. Since 2006 Mr. de la Llave has currently held the position of Chief Financial Officer for the IVI Group at EQUIPO IVI. He has been working in the development and growth of the IVI Group, specially involved from the beginning in the establishment of new clinics all around the world. He provides administrative and financial support for the entire group, leading a department with more than 35 people. He is also member of the Executive Board for some of Equipo IVI's participated companies.
was born in Valencia in 1973. He obtained his degree in Commercial Management & Marketing at the ESIC Business & Marketing School and an MBA in E-Commerce from the IDE and the Mediterranean University of Science and Technology.In 1996 he joined at Vidal Europa (Valencia’s leading retail company) as a marketing manager. In 1999 Keraben (one of the Spanish leading company in ceramic tiles) first as marketing and expansion Director, helping in the development and national expanding of the shop chain and later on as Country Manager. In 2003 he joined Zeramia Shops (Original chain store specialized in ceramic and baths) as General Manager.
Since February 2008 he has been at IVI as the Marketing and Communication Manager, he contributed to the brand internationalization in 8 countries, to improve the positioning of IVI as leading Reproductive Medicine Center and to develop a global marketing strategy for the IVI Group. He also has collaborated with several business schools teaching in programs related to marketing & communication matters.
was born in Valencia in 1980. After obtaining his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the University of Valencia and Master in Human Resources Management from the UPC in Barcelona he started his career as a HR consultant in Deloitte. In 2007, he joined IVI as the Head of Human Resources Development. In this position, he has been responsible for the design and implementation of different projects in this filed, including learning and education plans, performance appraisal systems, compensation strategies and work environment improvement, among others. He also coordinated the program that has seen IVI ranking as one of the Best Places to Work in Spain consecutively in 2008, 2009, 2010, according to Great Place to Work Institute official list. He collaborates in several postgraduate programs.
Miguel Moreno
is a law graduate from Valencia University. His professional career as a lawyer began in 1994. Four years later, he began working at the Human Resources Department of an important Public Works company, where he continued practicing Law.
In 2002 he was appointed Personnel Manager of IVI Group. Since 2003 he has ran the Legal Consultancy of IVI Group, where he has acquired first-level knowledge in assisted reproduction techniques and research legislation. He has been teaching at the Biotechnology of Human Assisted Reproduction Master from Valencia University for the last four years. In 2010 he participated in the drawing up of a Legal Medicine Treatise. He is the current Secretary of the Ethics Research Committee of IVI Group.
was born in Valencia in 1973. He obtained his degree in Physics and “Information Systems and Business Technology” from the University of Valencia. Later he received a “Master of Science Computer Information Systems” at the same University. Javier Rausell started working as Consultant for hotels companies in Majorca. Here he collaborated on projects for marketing research and contracting software.
He has been working at IVI from 2002 to 2010. At this time he has been involved in the development and implementation of several applications like Clinical software, Documental Database for patients, Marketing on-line software, Web sites for teaching and integration of the laboratories with the clinic software. Besides this, he was in charge of the whole implementation of Microsoft Business Solution Navision in IVI clinics and worked as Project Management from 2007 to 2010. Javier Rausell is currently working as external Project Management and Consultant.
Was born in Valencia in 1962, he obtained his degree in Economics from the School of Economics of the University of Valencia. He completed his studies in Business Management at the ESADE Business School. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
He joined Arthur Andersen (later Deloitte) in 1987 and worked in the Audit and in the Tax & Legal Divisions. In 1997 he joined Garrigues (the leading Spanish law firm) and worked as a tax consultant. In 2000, he joined IVI. He has played a key role in the success of IVI from the business point of view. He currently holds the position of General Manager and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Group. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with several schools teaching in programs related to business matters.
